What we do: We receive documents, receipts, invoices, and other business materials you forward to us by email. We organize, categorize, and summarize that information using AI tools and deliver it back to you as a formatted weekly PDF report (The Rundown).
What we do not do: Truck Cab Ops is not an accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial advisory service. We do not:
Financial summaries in your Rundown are based on information you provide. We do not audit, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any figures — verify all amounts with your own records.
Tax information (such as receipt categorization or HST flags) is provided for organizational convenience only. We are not tax advisors. Consult a licensed accountant for tax matters.
Disclaimer: Nothing in The Rundown constitutes accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. For advice on those matters, consult a qualified professional.
By subscribing to Truck Cab Ops — whether through our website, a payment link, or by forwarding materials to our intake email — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
Our service uses artificial intelligence to process your submitted materials and produce The Rundown. By using Truck Cab Ops, you explicitly consent to your information being processed by AI tools as described in our Privacy Policy.
This includes processing by AI language model providers (such as Anthropic) whose servers may be located in the United States. These providers operate under enterprise terms that prohibit using customer data for model training.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Your Rundown is a tool to assist you — not a replacement for your own judgment. Review all content before acting on it.
Upon subscription, you will receive:
The quality and completeness of your Rundown depends on what you send us. We organize what you provide — we do not independently verify or source information.
Draft emails in your Rundown are suggestions for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any communication we draft.
Trial week: $39 CAD for your first week of service.
Ongoing subscription: $79 CAD per week, billed weekly through Stripe.
Founding member pricing, where offered, locks your rate for 12 months from signup. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
HST / Tax: Truck Cab Ops is currently a small supplier under the Excise Tax Act (Canada) and is not registered to collect HST. No HST is charged on our services at this time. This may change as the business grows, in which case we will notify subscribers prior to any tax being applied.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
To cancel, email info@truckcabops.com or cancel directly through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused weeks.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential.
By submitting materials to Truck Cab Ops, you confirm you have the right to share those documents with a third-party administrative service.
See our Privacy Policy for full details including AI processing disclosure and cross-border data handling.
