Your paperwork is safe with us

We never ask for bank logins or passwords. Not now, not ever.
You stay in control. We never contact your customers. On the optional paid monthly service, we draft reminder emails and you decide what gets sent.

What to send

Invoices you sent customers
Payments you received: e-transfer notices, deposit slips, or a screenshot of deposits (cover the account number)
Receipts and bills: supplier, fuel, subs
Quotes you sent

Phone photos are fine. Crooked, crumpled, coffee-stained: fine. Missing a pile? Send what you have. The more you send, the more we can find.

How to send it

After you fill in the form, the Truck Cab Ops team will email you the next steps. Reply to that email with your photos and files as attachments; several emails is fine.

You send your month whenever you're ready. Tell us "that's everything".
Within two business days after we receive the paperwork we need, you get your Money List: every dollar tied to the photo it came from, with a plain next step for each. See an example Money List
If you like it, we'll show you what doing this every Monday looks like. If not, that's the end of it. No sales calls unless you ask.

We can't promise we'll find money. Some months nothing was missed, and we'll tell you that straight. We're not your accountant: check anything to do with tax with your own accountant.
