This is built for contractors/trades who are on job sites all day and doing admin at night.
1) How you submit work
- Forward everything to: info@truckcabops.com
- Best subject format:
JOB NAME / ADDRESS — WHAT THIS IS - Examples:

2) If you can’t do subject lines, paste this at the top
JOB: ____ TYPE: receipt | follow-up | schedule | invoice | quote | other URGENCY: today | this week | can wait
3) What counts as an “item”
1 item = 1 email thread OR 1 receipt/photo batch OR 1 document OR 1 open-loop request.
Bundling helps. Sending 12 separate emails for the same thing counts as 12 items.
4) What NOT to send
- No passwords or logins
- No banking details
- No credit card numbers
- No SIN/ID numbers
5) What you get back
- A weekly Office Packet with top priorities, calls/emails, waiting-on list, schedule notes, receipts captured, and open loops.
- Drafts ready to send (you approve before anything goes out by default).
6) Mark something urgent
Put URGENT in the subject line. Everything else gets batched intelligently.
Support: reply to your thread with “What do you need from me?” and we’ll keep questions minimal.
